Shikako Region!


The Shikoku Region is a small island region - unknown to most of the people of the Pokemon World. It's a small area south of the Sinnoh Region and the gyms were only recently established.

Yumi Rainforest

The first obstacle in a trainers path and leads forward towards the first city with a gym. It is rather small and tiny, but many pokemon hide her in the trees and plants. A large river runs through, full with water pokemon.

Palmleaf Town

A large town closed in by large palm trees and holds a decent sized civilization. Many pokemon do roam around here and often trainers come to challenge the grass type gym.

Konobi Bridge

Palmleaf ends at a large river, where this is a long wooden bridge to go onto the rest of the region. Wild pokemon are scarce here, but it's full of trainers often looking for battles. An ideal training spot for the next gym.

Sand Dune Town

A large desert-like city with buildings made of hardened sand and a constant sandstorm brushing throughout. Ground and rock type pokemon happen to reside here happily, alongside the Ground type gym leader.

Crystal Caverns

A large cavern system with crystals lighting up the wall and where the usual cave pokemon are held. It's the only exit from Sandune City where many trainers are also preparing their pokemon for the following towns.

Coastal Village

A ghost town, abandoned long ago by ghost pokemon. There are old shattered buildings, no pokemon center, no pokemart and there are ghost pokemon running a muck. There seems to be a gym there, with cobwebs and shattered windows. But is it active?

Milotic Pass

The Coastal Village holds a water route to its north, which is named Milotic path due to the one large and shiny Milotic that lives there and purifies the route with its mirage-like appearance, and its possible that their Feebas eggs hatch here.

Jun City

The largest city in the region and its known for its most famous features. It's modern-like appearance, its the home to the building that is responsible for producing several different technologies, the railroad system and the capital of Shikoku. Also home to a gym of normal types.

Railroads

After completing a certain sidequest in Jun City you will be granted a Railroad Pass which gives you a free ride to the next city on this part of Shikoku Region. It's a large place to the east of Jun. While on the railroad, there are several battles you can take part in and even a certain sidequest.

Tropicwood City

The stop of the railroad center and far east of Jun City and the home of the Safari Zone! It's a thick wooded place, and people often swing from vines to get to and from places. It also has a gym, which is an outdoor gym that you have access to by using certain vines, for poison types.

Electric Path

A large path leading from east of Tropicwood city that where a Power Plant used to be for the region before it had moved to Jun City, but somehow the electricity still attracts electric pokemon that haunt this route.

PokePark

It's a large amusement park, renown for its several rides and homely pokemon center to the left to stay in for relaxing. But, several pokemon hang out there for the festivities on top of the rides. There is also a gym leader that specializes in electric types.

Sanyo Island

After gaining 6 gym badges, or four ribbons or meeting any final requirement, you are given a boat pass to the island. You must arrive in Coco Village and take the ferry to Sanyo Island. They have a gym that has been taken over by pirates, and uses water and ice types.

Death Mountains

Right to the north of Sanyo Island are the Death Mountains, given that name because of the powerful pokemon that are said to reside there. It's probably the farthest point of the region and a hot training spot, as well as the pathway to the pokemon league. It contains the last and final gym of dark types.

The Grand Mansion

A large and grand Victorian mansion at the end of the the Death Mountains. When you walk in, there is one area for resting and preparing and the other rooms are also home to battle areas
